Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axis on which the world revolves - slowly, evenly, without rushing toward the future;
Live the actual moment. Only this moment is life.
- Thich Nhat Hahn
Found this lovely thing somewhere. I don't know if I get what this man says, or if i can ever follow it...But, I like the way it makes me feel, just for that one moment
A momentary suspension of disbelief

It isn't a suspension of disbelief... just that worrying about the future is a bit pointless. Someone else put it really beautifully to me:
Only this moment exists. The next moment has not come into existence yet and the last moment has already passed out of existence. It is only the present, the NOW that actually exists. So experience this moment fully. It is unique and will never come again in all of time and space :)
And btw, she used the same quote too before she explained it. According to her, this is what the whole "happiness business" is all about.
