First you dont know anything about yourself. You learn about who you are through the world and others. That's a phase

Then you define yourself, and learn to love yourself. That's another phase

Then you get tired of being the strongest lover of yourself, you want others to know your definition, and appreciate it...so you express yourself...That's another phase. You also begin to open yourself to the world again, learn more, with discernment and concern...Its all the same phase

I don't know what happens next, I am still stuck in the last 3 phases...each one taking me over before I know which is which and what is what
