These last few days, have been online...and been very active in the social networking scene...
When in conversation with Nehaa and Kiki, we realised that one of the reasons social networking works is because everyone feels that they have a lot of friends..and these lot of friends will hug you and poke you, care for you with a tap of their fingers...
Very little emotional investment to get rid of a really scary emotion called loneliness. Almost get rid of.

Very aptly put. If Google is making us dumb (for an incontrovertible proof look at www.gdumb.com), the social networking sites are making us even more lonelier. We have lost the zeal to go out and meet people. You called me prolific but you seem to be blogging at a pace that rivals Judd Apatow's appetite to make movies :)
