Regret and guilt are like Lord Voldemort and Harry Potter, connected by wands made out of the same pheonix feathers.
Guilt happens when you give into your desires (heart) over what is defined and believed as right or wrong (head/conscience)
Regret happens when you choose you head over your heart
Guilt must be gotten over. Regret must be avoided
